Hair Extension Maintenance
Washing Your Hair
Wash with Sulfate Free Shampoo only! It will help keep the longevity of the extension hair and its better for yours as well. Use a moisturizing Conditioner to keep the hair hydrated. It is not your own hair so it will dry out much quicker if not taken care of properly. When shampooing, be sure to get above and below the track at the base of the weft so that build up doesn't accumulate. Condition only from mid through ends of hair. Avoid root area where the beads are.

Styling Your Hair
Be sure to brush with a boar bristle brush. You can use a regular brush or wet brush from mid length to ends to help with tangles.
Use proper styling products. My favorite detangler is Unite 7 Seconds Detangler. Using the Unite Uoil will also help keep the extensions hydrated. Both are thermal protectants.
Rough dry the hair as much as possible before using a brush to blow dry. The less tension the better on the extensions.

Move Ups
Move ups are done every 6-9 weeks depending on what we decide is best for your hair. To move up the extensions The thread is cut out and beads are removed. We then remake your track and sew the extension hair back in.
